I just bought the 11' DD optional coil for 100$ new on the bay and wow its impressive..even without the 11 coil the oem 10 inch is beast all by itself. Out of all the detectors on the market this one is the very best as far as quality and performance and price. cant beat it. First coin was 1871 indian head penny. The other day I found a gold cob coin. I have found lots of coins so far in my few searches but I just wanted to say that as of April 2012 this detector is still the bomb. It's not designed as a salt beach hunter but on vacation it did well. In the dry stuff it kicks butt!
