tink, I'll have 31+ years with the state retirement system.  That let's me retire regardless of age.  I started in law enforcement when I was barely 20 and have a bunch of sick time now... kinda strange being here and able to say "I'm retiring"!  I have other interests that will keep me busy. I'm looking after two aging parents,  I own a Karate school (for 17 years now) that I want to give more attention to and I also live on the family farm which I can now try to figure out how to make profitable (if that's possible!).  I also plan to step up my detecting a LOT and plan to open an online detecting store finally. So..retirement is really just from 1 job! :)
