Ranger suspension feels off after carrying heavy loads, need advice

I’ve been using my 2019 Ranger to carry building materials for a side project and I think I’ve messed up the suspension. The rear end sags more than it used to and there’s a clunking over bumps that wasn’t there before. The truck still drives okay but it doesn’t feel planted like it used to. I’m not sure if I’ve worn out the leaf springs, the shocks, or the bushings. I live in Khalifa City and there’s a Quality Ford mechanic service near Khalifa City I’ve been thinking about trying, but I wanted to get some input first. Has anyone overloaded their Ranger and had similar symptoms? What ended up being the fix and how much did it cost? I’m hoping it’s just shocks but I have a feeling it might be more.
