Got three quotes for a heavy duty jack, the gap is making me suspicious

Been shopping around for a heavy duty unit for our new warehouse in Jebel Ali and the numbers I am getting are all over the place. One supplier quoted me around 1800 AED, another said 3200, and a third would not even give a straight answer until I “confirmed my order” which felt off. I am trying to figure out what a fair hand pallet truck 5 ton price actually looks like in the UAE so I do not get ripped off either direction. The cheap one worries me because I have been burned before by gear that looked fine and died in a few months, but the expensive one might just be the same unit with a fancier sticker. What usually justifies the difference, is it the pump brand, the steel thickness, or just the seller’s margin? Also does the quoted price normally include delivery and any kind of warranty here or is that always extra? Would be good to hear what others paid recently so I have some kind of benchmark before I decide.
