    • Between two kids, a dog and weekly beach trips, my F-150’s interior has basically become a biohazard zone. There’s sand embedded in the carpet, juice stains on the seats, and that smell that no amount of air freshener fixes. I’ve vacuumed it myself a dozen times but it just doesn’t get to the root of it. I’m not too bothered about the exterior since it’s a truck and gets scratched up anyway, but I really want the inside properly sorted, seats shampooed, carpets extracted, vents cleaned out. A colleague mentioned he’d used a Genuine Ford detailing and deep cleaning in ICAD for his Explorer and was pleased with the result, so I’m considering it. My main question is how long the interior needs to dry afterwards, because I can’t have damp seats for days with the kids needing the car for school runs. Also, does deep cleaning actually remove the smell or just mask it temporarily? Would appreciate any real experience with a truck this size.
