Then let's continue. Since winter is soon here it might be worth mentioning that this is the perfect time to do research! Snow, frozen ground etc might keep you from detecting/digging but it certainly can't keep you from researching! So now is the time to do some research. Then during early spring get permissions. If all economists were laid end to end, they would not reach a conclusion.
