  • Thanks for the kind comments, and encouragement guys.Believe me, we need the encouragement at this time of year. 😉 😉

50 to 60 mph winds!!! Whew!  That tough hunting!

It was gettin' difficult to just stand up.The first thing I had was my adjuster thumb went completely numb,(poetic don't ya think?)closely followed by the rest of my right hand.If the weather is any easier tomorrow, we'll be going back again. Our best way of checking the weather is to look out the window first, and if it looks ok then step out the back door to check how cold it feels.

Tremendous information there Mark.  8) 8)Unfortunately our backyard is filled with large stones and heavy debris from an old air raid shelter.Making it almost un diggable.  :'(

    A great tip Mark.Yep, it works for me too.Thanks. 8) 8)

It looks like an ear stud with the pin missing. You've got a point there tink, about not getting it tested. 8) 8)

    That looks really old and very special.It might have come from an old Monastery or an Abbey.Excellent find there Steve. 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

I don't use the AT Pro.But, from what I've read about it do not submerge the control box using normal headphones. You must have the water headphones since I believe there is a special gasket fitted to the control box headphone plug. Most of the water hunters use silicone grease on the battery box gasket. So in effect I totally agree with steveo. ;D ;D

    That's a nice pair there.Hey ya should'a' been a gambler,I think ya get something for a pair.

Woo hoo, very nice find Miss Mary.I'm sure she will wear it with pride. [img][/img]

    Great selection of stuff there tink.It sure looks like ya were busy.There's quite a few nice bits n pieces there as well. 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8)      8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

That's still an awful lot of coins ya dug tink.  8) 8) 8) 8)The 25 Bani coin from Moldova was certainly well travelled. If I remember rightly Moldova could be on the west side of the Russian border. You guys need 1 and 2 dollar coins, that would make your totals rocket thru the roof.Hey it's the luck of the draw tink, we always have great totals when we get there first. But if we don't  🙁 🙁 :(.

Even in places where there is a large student population, unfortunately the students now are not nearly so wild.Consequently there are less late beach parties and they'll be all inside and playin' computer games.  :'( :'(We can only hope for a few extreme heat waves throughout the year.  ;D ;D

Without a doubt it's a great idea. It's always handy as a kinda reference thread for everyone.
