Well, I am retired these days. Could be a fun way to pick up some $$ while entertaining folks.
Wow…that's pretty cool! I wonder if organ grinding would go well here in the states?
Welcome back! Can't wait to hear about it!
…forgot to mention that the Stingray2 is a great little detector. Not terribly “deep” but solid in the surf and freshwater lakes. (maybe I shouldn't have mentioned it's a good detector? 🙂 )
Aw, man! Been there, done that. I went after a Miata motor only to have someone grab it just in front of me when I mentioned it on a Miata forum! No honor among thieves, I reckon!
Hope you guys have a blast!
Awesome! Man…you make that look fun! ;D
Sounds like fun! I'd love to come over and visit you one of these days.
Interesting! I love my Propointer…this one will have to be good to knock it off the throne.
Cool! Thanks for the report. Does it seem to be pretty durable too?
NP, I've been wondering about Tesoro too. They are good at the beep/dig design, but rumors have been flying about their next “big” thing that's coming soon. I hope they do have something…I'd like to see them survive and do well again. There are a lot of new detectors pressuring the US companies. I think that may be a good thing, as long as the US companies can afford to compete with them. The trick these days seems to be having some really, really good engineers on staff who understand metal detecting.
We're supposed to top out near 100 again this Sunday…whew. Ready for some beach hunting with a nice breeze!
I have one of those T rex sitting on my desk surrounded by GI Joe figures that have showed up over the years.
I'm glad I'm not the only one that does stuff like that!
Nice load of stuff there, Ian! I'm hoping to get a couple of hunts in this upcoming week myself. School just let out and I have chip bark calling my name!
I really ain't sure, NP. I haven't ebayed enough to be very savvy! Now, Craigslist…I can do pretty good there!
